They are amazing as a complete unit.
About five years ago I met someone wonderful and our chemistry was really growing so before we went any further I had to tell them and they were honest when they told me they couldn’t deal with dating someone that was HIV+.
When I hear the line in this song, “I still feel the chill as I reveal my shame to you….” It really hits home because now I am even more afraid to reveal my ‘tattoo’ because I’m just not that strong to deal with repeated rejections and I can fully understand why people would because I was careless and brought this onto myself.
Her voice sounds like silk in my hears and touch my soul every time I listen to her.
She had quite a few hits in the '80s and '90s. "Kiss of Life," "No Ordinary Love," and "Soldier of Love" are favorites of mine.
Sade is so beautiful and her music and presence really classed up the pop music scene in her hey day.
No Ordinary Love
Bulletproof Soul
I Couldn’t Love You More
No disrespect yeah but F Adele, Taylor Swift, whatever modern singer someone wants to bring up……..Sade is THE best female voice i’ve ever heard in my life! She’s absolutely sublime!
Also, big up my mum cos she used to have Sade on repeat in the car and/or in the house in the 90s when I was a kid and I am eternally grateful to her for listening to some of the best music i’ve ever heard! Sound mum! 🤙🙌🙂↕️
