I hope this guide gives you some confidence when you go after your first Troll. I have over 3000 hours in the game now, and I still enjoy the Trolls... Let me know if it helps!

Very good job with the video and editing. I love the format you chose.
you metioned stamina many times. I call it 'stamina management'. A skill that will help throughout this game.
A good follow up video might be incorporating the dodge-roll and using the troll to farm Birch trees for finewood.
Love your calm voice and relaxed, no-stress approach to games.

Nice demo video! I love you using the sign like they were your PowerPoint presentation. Then you took a skill 0 arcery character not even ysing Eikthyr OR a sneak attack shot and slowly but surely took him down like patiently reeling in a big fish!

I am scared to death of trolls! Hard to stay calm...

Good tips. I would either ignore or take out the grey dwarfs with a club rather than try to use a bow on them.

some tips. Better don't fight difficult mobs at night. If things go south, remember to use Eikthyr power. Better upgrade bow than spend mats on two bows.

Veteran player. This started playing automatically. Liked and stuck around for the intro. I think we've all been through that exact scenario.

Wow good one

Nice tutorial. I like how you address the things that almost always turn an early game troll fight against you. Stamina management and extra mobs. Very important for new players.

You should do a video for more advanced tactics showing how to employ trolls to harvest materials, including core wood, fine wood and ore.

Get good at dodging. Get up close and dodge toward him and beat on him. I use the knife. It's all about timing the Dodge and managing stamina. Bows work too though 😉
