오늘은 간짬뽕 특유의 갬성이 땡기는 날🔥🔥
그냥 간짬뽕은 밋밋하니까 파기름 내서 양파 볶볶해주고 차돌도 구워서 같이 조리해왔어용 희희
통오징어다리튀김에 만두튀김, 오징어튀김, 김말이, 새우튀김, 고추튀김, 미니만두튀김까지 사이드로~🙌🏻🙌🏻
은은하게 퍼지는 불맛+해물향에 꼬들야들한 차돌이 미쳤더라구요 .. 🤭 적당히 아삭하면서 달큰한 양파도 제대로 신스틸러!
차돌박이 기름이 풍부해서 매콤한 간짬뽕이랑 찰떡이었어용
매운 고춧가루를 더 뿌렸더니 맵칼한 게 고기에도 양념이 잘 배어있어서 꿀맛 그자체😋
갓김치도 적당히 익어서 먹기 딱 좋았고 차돌+간짬뽕까지 돌려서 한입 하면 jmt…🤩💛
오징어튀김도 바삭바삭하니 식감이 너무 좋았어용
통통 탱탱한 오징어까지 오늘도 완벽한 조합쓰🦑🦑

Hello everyone ! This is Boki🤗
Today, I made green onion oil in spicy stir-fried jjamppong noodles, fried onions, grilled beef brisket, and cooked it together!
Fried whole squid legs with fried dumplings, fried squid, fried seaweed roll, fried shrimp, fried pepper, and even fried mini dumplings on the side~🙌🏻
I really liked the soft fire taste + seafood scent and the chewy texture of the beef brisket😋
The combination of savory beef brisket and spicy noodles was perfect👍🏻
I added more chili powder and it was really spicy🔥🔥🔥
It was nice to eat it with crispy fries!
