They don’t care about the children either.

My adult daughter is finally seeing the light about her malignant covert narc dad after I shared this channel with her about 6 weeks ago. asked her to browse thru the video topics at her leisure whenever has some free time.
❤Thank you Danish!

Sleep deprivation was huge with my X Narcissist
He would actually shove me, yell my name in my ear, jump on the bed when getting up to use bathroom,  and of coarse put on bright lights. All while I was working 1st and 2nd shift as a nurse and he was unemployed.  Ughhh 🤢🤮

This describes my narc husband of 44 years , he’s dead now through alcohol abuse and I am relieved and released from this torture and violence

Yes, after being w/a Narcissist or having Narcissist parents; it’s extremely hard to trust anyone but SELF. Using sleep deprivation tactics is actual torture, yes, financial manipulation is why I will probably never get into another relationship. Now through my appearance, you can see I am healthier bc I am happier, well rested and beginning to tone back up to my desired comfortable weight however it has taken so many years to heal which is another reason I am not at all rushing into another relationship; Thank you 💞🙏🏼💞

The weight thing is true because once I went no contact with all of them narc sister ex husband mother (off the grid completely) I lost ALOT of weight and that too without making any elaborate changes. It was definitely them. Even my gym instructor was shocked. He was like....."You're doing marvelously well Mon. Keep it up". I'm telling you it's THEM. It's their weight on you.

I pray everyday for peace 🙏🏼🕊️

Right on target, Danish

When I am sleeping, my narcissistic husband deliberately shakes the bed forcefully, which wakes me up. I can only fall asleep again once he is deeply asleep himself. Whenever he is awake, I feel that I cannot rest or sleep peacefully. He may drop things, such as a glass, loudly onto the floor, or cough loudly, which wakes me up and disturbs my sleep.
I have been enduring this for many years. Because I have not been able to get enough sleep at night, I have developed dark circles around my eyes. I feel extremely tired, exhausted, and sluggish throughout the day, and I often have no energy or motivation to do my daily tasks. The constant lack of restful sleep has had a serious impact on my physical and emotional well-being.

Very true , I didn’t know what it was but I knew it seemed systematic. Thank God our children are grown and understand who the villain is

Tired to exhaustion.
What social life. ?
What$? It was all in his name.
Secure.
Finding myself
Im looking forward to the divorce at 72. It took that long for me to connect the dots.....ty to all the ppl who make YouTube videos. I couldn't have done it without you ❤️

Secure...100%
Protector..100%
Left after 30 years...liberated

My alcoholic narcissistic husband  took me on a ride with controlling every situation by my alcohol consumption or lack of it. What a deep, long, terrible existence.  Thank you God.

Omg yes the sleep deprivation. And no privacy ever.

Danish you are so accurate. I have had so many digestive and sleep issues since I shared a house with a narcissist. I don't realise that I'm clenching my stomach until he leaves the room and then I feel I can relax a bit. The air is heavy while he's in the same room as me. I never know what mood he's in. It's like treading on eggshells. I stay silent. 😢

Danish i've experienced this, thank you for all what you do and explain this horrific treatment of these vile parasites.Silent treatment for 2 months now i ignore him i'm hopefully now regaining my strength 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I ended up finding him physically unattractive and extremely embarrassing.

My ex used to make me feel self conscious when I went out anywhere.

This one hit me. I've been away from mine for 7 years now and I still struggle to this day. The way they rewire your brain, how you think, how you feel, how you interact with others, really needs to be studied and exposed more. It leaves you feeling like a shell of yourself. It really does do real time damage. People on the outside just tell you to move on and forget about them and what you went through, but after suffering narcissistic abuse, it is very different to a regular relationship. It is really hard to train yourself out of how you have been made to behave.

Sleep deprivation is still present with me from time to time. Noises wake me in the night, just how she used to wake me up when she was opening fizzy drinks in the middle of the night, fake coughing or just getting up and waking me in the process. Oh and lay ins do not exist with a narcissist. They will tell you they will be quiet, but they will do the opposite. They will crash and bang around, have loud conversations on the phone with their friends, laughing and moving around. They get a real kick out of it.

The bit about rushing really stood out the most to me. I had a car crash as I was rushing back to pick up her son from his Dad's house. My mind was on autopilot and I didn't look both ways as I should have done, and slammed straight into the side of a car as I pulled out. After I had checked the other driver was okay and apologised profusely, I called her and explained what had happened. There was no concern for me and whether I was okay.  She was just angry that I was keeping her son waiting. I didn't see it when I was in it. But being out of it now, she was the definition of crazy. She had to get her mum to pick her son up and she didn't talk to me for the rest of the night.

And that doesn't even begin to crack the surface of what I went through. These people really can only be described as devils children. They thrive on your downfall and sucking the life out of you to boost themselves up.
