I worked at a cookie factory. You were allowed to eat as much cookies as you like. After day two you don’t want to eat any more cookies or smelling cookies. You want cheese and savory snacks.

The Costco chicken bake is 100% not a snack. It's HEAVY... It's definitely a meal by itself! I say this as a 195 lb daily gym enjoyer. Like I'm a pretty big dude and it's a lot for me.

Nooooo never intentionally order a too small dress in hopes of fitting in it after losing weight. Taking in a dress that is too big after weight loss is relatively easy, but trying to magic yourself into a dress that's too small is impossible.

I was talking to a friend who is on the other side of the spectrum. He is a secret faster. He thinks he can't gain weight and muscle because of his metabolism. He basically eats one meal a day.

Omg, the wedding  dress segment gives me ptsd. I stopped sewing for others a long time ago. People would want to give me their measurements rather than having me measure. Very few people would provide true numbers or they measured in the wrong place.   They didn't want to pay for either the fabric or for labor.  People who alter wedding dresses must be saints!

The one thing I never understand about this show are the people in the second and third seasons. They know what they're signing up for. They've clearly seen the show. They know that there are PIs and their family, colleagues, and friends will tell on them about what they've eaten. However, they're always surprised by the incident room and the fact that the show has uncovered their secrets.
