Big Craig

My 600lb shows people constantly failing to lose weight, living in awful conditions and blaming everyone but themselves but there are a few cases where things actually went right.

I have covered a ton of My 600lb Life episodes in this compilation of my videos, we are looking at each of the stars who managed to lose the weight and turn their lives around, starting with Brandon, who in my opinion is one of the most mature stars ever to see Dr Now.

A husband who’s not happy seeing his wife getting healthier and happier does not love his wife.

That therapist did NOTHING to help Brandon. She sabotaged him. Telling him to contact his father to forgive him was absurd. I'm actually pissed off for Brandon's sake because he would have been better off if he'd never gone to see her!

I think the therapist should respect his decision to go no contact, a person doesn't walk away from a parent unless it's pretty bad and sometimes it's the best thing for them

That nurse was not compassionate at all about Brandon's fear and panic attack. Really disappointing, but I'm so happy he has his gf's support

That Gareth dude is absolutely vile!! When Zsalynn said it was worth marrying him, because Hannah was born, the little girl literally says "no it wasn't" which is already so sad. And then Gareth agrees with her and says it wasn't worth it! To his own daughter??? This dude should be launched into the fricking sun.

27:25 disagree with the therapist. It would be impossible to not judge your dad for stepping out on your mom and ruining the family unit.

That therapist is incredibly harmful, Jesus christ. If a person is estranged from a parent, you respect that boundary and don't intentionally rip open a wound that the person has already processed and moved on from. Therapists are NOT supposed to tell you what to do. They are just there to listen and guide you through your own thoughts. I really hope they don't use her in the future.

Its so refreshing to see in the brandon story that everyone is on board. The girlfriend, his mom and him. Also he seems nice to be around despite the situation and he doesnt have a victim mentality

Lupe left her crappy husband. She met a man named Andrew. He died of kidney problems in 2019. Lupe really got a raw deal.

Her kid saying her not being born is a better situation then having her mother deal with her own father just tells you how distraught her daughter was.

These cases are the reason i watch…yes, I like the train wrecks, but it makes my heart so happy to see people that ACTUALLY want to change

The #1 key seems to be taking full accountability. This seems to be a universal requirement for just about anyone losing any kind of significant weight and keeping it off.

SO HAPPY FOR BRANDON AND TAYLOR! To know they went through this and supported each other and came out on the otherside, married! Wish them all the best in life <3

Brandon’s fear of needles is so real, even though I know they won’t hurt more than a tiny pinch, and having learned coping skills so I can donate blood, it still doesn’t stop my brain from freaking out. Like my subconscious is fully convinced it’ll feel like someone slashing my arm open, the embarrassment of looking like a baby is the only thing that stops me from crying in front of my Blood Drive RNs

The way Dr Now looks at Brandon in that second meeting! <3 He's so proud!

If a therapist tells you that you have to forgive an estranged parent RUN FOR THE HILLS AND DO NOT GO BACK

Hard to imagine a worse curse than having Gareth in your life. The sabotaging devil on your shoulder, that guy. Glad to see her defy him at every turn and leave him pathetic and powerless.

Brandons therapist really bothers me. I cut off connections with my father years ago because he caused me years of emotional and physical abuse that altered my life. No one should feel forced to talk to anyone who causes them distress in anyway even if it's a parent. Everyone deserves a loving parent but not all people deserve kids
