[Retro Walk] Hanamaki Retro Trip | A small adventure filled with nostalgia, soak in nostalgia in the Galaxy Railroad town after a hot spring

Hanamaki is famous for its hot springs, but did you know it's also the hometown of Miyazawa Kenji? Hanamaki is a fun place with a mix of places that retain the atmosphere of the Showa era and stylish cafes, and you can discover many things just by walking around. It was the perfect place to do sightseeing before or after the hot springs, visiting the remains of the now-defunct "Hanamaki Electric Railway" that connected the hot springs to Hanamaki Station, having lunch at the famous retro restaurant "Marukan Shokudo," and visiting a cafe run by Miyazawa Kenji's relatives.
