You are insane for thinking I would watch this

I used to think that Kiss wasn't a real band that only existed in the Scooby Doo universe and people liked them so much they became a real band

How come almost every acting role Hayley Kiyoko has had involves her meeting the other main characters in detention? (Lemonade Mouth, Scooby Doo, Wizards of Waverly Place)

"instead of making her an awkward nerd they made her in to an asshole" - which is exactly what they've done again with this new Velma show

My favorite fact from the og show that none of the adaptations have is that Shaggy is the best acrobat in their high school. Literally they mention it in one episode as an excuse for Shaggy to climb through a window but I have never forgotten it

I'm glad that we, as a society, have collectively decided that the 2000s live action Scooby Doo movies are perfect.

Okay but giving the members of KISS fucking magical girl transformations is one of the funniest things

You say shaggy and Velma won’t go to the same collage but actually shaggy got a scholarship for track because he can keep up with a Great Dane who can run 30mph

In the original cartoon, Velma was so powerful that they literally had to nerf her power by making her blind without her glasses

I don’t care if I’m biased, the early 2000s live action Scooby Doo films will always remain elite

The fact that you didn't end this video by dancing is borderline criminal

Matthew Lillard is the only live-action Shaggy I’ll ever accept, honestly. He’s perfect for the role, the role was made for him.

11:30 Fun fact about this: in the BTS in the DVD, the actor for Fred actually showed a photo of how he looked with a blonde wig. However, they producers thought it looked too goofy and so omitted it in the end

I met Matthew Lilliard (Shaggy) when he did a talk at the juvenile detention center I worked at, and he was super nice, down to earth, said some inspirational words to the kids based on the book he did a voice audio for (the audio book) - fat kid rules the world, and spoke how he didnt really find his way till drama class, and encouraged the detention kids to find their “thing” and not make it crime haha Really great actor and human!!

actually scooby's full name canonically is "Scoobert Doobert Doo." so not only does he have a middle name on top of being named scooby doo, but he has a full legal name

scooby doo 2002 is genuinely the best live action adaptation of a cartoon ever and it’s not even close

17:54 I got an ad right after he said “how about Scooby” and when the ad ended and the video resumed, it spat me out one second too far. So that sentence will forever be to me “uh, how about Scooby.”

Drew should unironically call himself Drooby gew

Matthew Lillard literally did so good as Shaggy that he took up the mantle as the voice actor after Casey Kasem retired in 2009.

Don't worry Drew, now they've made a spinoff with just one character, and it's still not Scooby.
