I'd love to see this done with every King Of The Ring. Brilliant idea

Full tournament is a great idea. Props to the admin/editors for putting this out there.

I remember this show not only for the crowning of Steve Austin, I also thought that Owen Hart did a great job as heel color commentator.

The Doink vs. Mr. Perfect qualifying matches from 1993 were fantastic. Definitely want to see more 1st round or qualifying matches.

1:42:20 I'll never forget that this is the first WWF match I ever saw when I tuned in one day after a new friend told me about wrestling. I've been hooked ever since.

This is epic! Please do this for all 10 of the WWF PPV King of the Rings. If possible qualifying matches too please!!!

This was when the World Wrestling Federation was about to dominate World Championship Wrestling. Until July 7th, the unexpected turn…..

The first round and quarterfinal matches were all taped within a two-day period (Raw matches on May 27, 1996, Superstars matches on May 28, 1996), and because of the scheduling of the matches and the bracket, one quarterfinal match was taped before the qualifying match. Here's the full taping schedule of matches and when they aired.

May 27th
Warrior-Goldust (5/27 Raw, First Round)
Vader-Ahmed (5/27 Raw, First Round)
Austin-Holly (6/3 Raw, First Round)
Roberts-Helmsley (6/3 Raw, First Round)
Owen-Yokozuna (6/10 Raw, First Round)
Mero-Skip (6/10 Raw, First Round)
Austin-Savio (6/17 Raw, Quarterfinal)
Mero-Owen (6/17 Raw, Quarterfinal)
May 28th
Bradshaw-H. Godwinn (6/1 Superstars, First Round)
Savio-Jannetty (6/8 Superstars, First Round)
Roberts-Bradshaw (6/15 Superstars, Quarterfinal)

Austin doesnt trash talk anyone ..he waits to the King of the Ring... then he starts getting mouthy cuz he earned the right to do so.

Man, watching Stone Cold develop as a character was so awesome. He came up with that character, and ended up being about as over as you can possibly be with the fans. Not because Vince wanted the fans to like him more than everybody else, but because the fans liked him more than everybody else.

This Warrior vs Goldust match is one of my favorites of theirs. Wish it didn't end in a double count out, but man both men put on a hell of a match. Ahmad vs Vader, Jake vs H, Owen vs Yokozuna, Owen vs Marc, and Austin vs Jake were good matches all around. But I have to say the highlight of KOTR was Austin's 316 being the biggest, with Warrior vs Goldust being second for this PPV.
