The Curtiss Hawk 81-A2 would see service with the American Volunteer Group flying with China in the Second World War. Commonly known as the "Flying Tigers", they would use their aircraft effectively against their enemy in that theatre.
The 81-A2 version of the Curtiss Hawk was also known as the P-40B or in the case of RAF service, as a Tomahawk. Seeing as this is one of my favourite subjects to model, I just had to buy the new Arma Hobby kit and see what it was like!
Join me on the workbench in this video as I complete an unboxing review of the new Arma Hobby Curtiss Hawk 81-A2 plastic model kit (70094) in 1/72 scale. This video takes a look at the contents of the box, including the 3D printed part, plastic parts, masks, decals, paint schemes and instructions. The video concludes with some information about the kit and a bit of a summary.
