Basically the first rule of forklifts every instructor will tell you and keep repeating many times:
"Don't drive with a raised load."

"Should we get shelving for our warehouse?"
"Nah, just stack the pallets 30 feet high"

Forklifts are not made to be driven with the forks up. A lot of the tip over accidents were incompetence.

The toilet one is crazy... load bearing shelving build exactly like a house of cards.

These warehouse scenes are killing me.  Who in their right mind stacks things that high?  That’s why they make metal shelving.  Also, where are these forklift operators getting their training.

just the sheer complacency of ther workers literally walking around and behind forklifts and cranes with loads with a deathwish

Operating forklifts especially with raised loads when there are customers pushing food trolleys around is mental.  Pure management neglect

Most of the forklift guys were using the more well known stupidity triangle 😂

@8:38 - Gotta love a guy who's wrapped up in his job !

I’ve read that the more men who stand there with their hands on their hips, the faster the glass repairs itself.

Wnat I'm learning from this is that forklift operators should be trained better, shouldn't be rushed, and we should probably pay the good ones better

Typical warehouse manager logic: "Let's use shelves worth 100$ to hold millions $ worth of goods. What possibly could go wrong?"

When the boxes/pallets say "Do Not Stack" they stack!

14:52 Guy on the ground attempting to hold up the forklift for a second 😂

I was delivering to a large car parts distribution centre and was idly watching a guy on a counterbalance unloading a trailer. He was flying, in and out of the warehouse; very impressive to watch. Knew to keep watching when a van pulled up outside the warehouse exit and, sure enough, the forklift reversed out at full bore, straight into the van.

I'm always astounded by the amount of people who think they can prevent something that's at least 10x heavier than them from falling.

5:02 HAHAHAAAA! That was so perfect...

The container at 2:10 looks like it peeled open. Seeing that huge load spilling out beside the trailer really puts the scale of the failure into perspective.

8:30
I couldn't stop laughing at that one.

1:45 Tim is still trying to get it to this day.
