The racks of files were installed improperly. There are supposed to be steel supports to the walls to keep them from falling over.

0:35 not even the cameraman was safe this time

Incredible fails with forklifts, thanks.

Il primo filmato, dire IDIOTI ai protagonisti è un complimento.

Those boxes and warehouse things are one thing, but those ship containers and bloody crane must be a damn frightful sight if you are in the danger zone of that!

Here's a couple of solutions: employees who can stack evenly and ALSO USE many layers of shrink wrap.
Also get some forklifts with RISING CABS , so the operator can see the top of those warehouse racks clearly, instead of making dangerous estimating at floor level.

Every falling pallet made me mentally add another zero to the damage bill. I don’t even work there and somehow this was stressful to watch.

Not only are the pallets stacked wrong, but the lift truck operators have no clue of how to run the equipment

Somebody needs to learn about the relationship of center of gravity to platform of support.

Dude you should of had your forks under the pallet more

17:13 this video is recorded in the mantoverde mine in chañaral in the atacama region in chile

Why would you move the the truck if there was a forklift machine there?

I'd be more worried about my employees than the merchandise.

18:58. Comes from the way driver was driving the truck, rough roads, swerving. Or slinging the trailer changing lanes

3:09 No,the man was NOT smart to jump off of a forklift like that. I'm glad he's okay, but that is how you can get crushed. This is why some companies are so strict about their employees wearing their seat belt.

U mnie w pracy coca cola pracownik wywrócił 10 palet napoju. Wszystkie palety zostały rozdane między pracownikami za darmo miałem około 100 butelek 2 litrowych

発砲スチロールブロックでやらかしたなぁ〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜😅

Excellent comments as usual.

15:43 That guy almost dieded right there.

ところどころ、「なぜこのタイミングでカメラを回してる？バカッター？」ってのが混じってるな。
