True story: Back in 1996, straight out of John H Donaldson Tech, I got a job with my Uncle. He was lead surveyor for a private company that was hired to survey certain roads in TT in order to fix roadway and drainage issues. The road to Maracas beach was one of the roads selected(from pillars to beach), as well as the roadway to Carenage(from Westmoorings lights to beach). I've walked from pillars to beach no less than 13 times(just around 12.7 KM distance). Beach looks as beautiful as I remember it. Big respect to Richards for keeping us fed back in those days.
