Bravo !
That said, there is something extra about the French. They take bakery to a different level. There is an exquisite elegance in their craftsmanship that is a pleasure to watch. It's as if bakery is somehow in their DNA.
Don't get me wrong, bakers from other countries certainly have an impressive level of skill which they show in the work they do, but the French just know how to elevate it further.
