As bad as these towns may appear now you can’t take away their history and importance in Scotland. They also have the working class charm and friendliness that the supposed affluent areas will never have. I’ve lived in both ends of the scale and I’d rather be in one of these towns than a posher town with no community spirit, just people working around the clock to pay their massive mortgages and never knowing their neighbours any more than a nod as they pass them by.

I was born and raised in Livingston and I'm annoyed that my home town is on this list I don't stay there now  but it's still home to me and I love my home

Coatbridge is not what people think, As a Protestant who lived on Coatbridge for 13 years. I never experienced any sectarian. The town will always have a special place in my heart

I am from kirkcaldy and  proud of it even Billy Connolly said it's a fabulous place

Every town in Scotland has it's own style and vibe that makes them all unique.

I've never heard Airdrie being a mocked town but a hard town, just stabbings slashings and muders.

Why is Larkhall not there

The speaker on this video has a decidedly English accent, what I find very strange is that the subtitles particularly of the towns mentioned, are all to often incorrect. This isn’t a case of English/ Scottish pronunciation being at times at times eccentric, e.g. Helensburgh and Edinburgh second syllable  pronounced “ bruw.”

Talking about Livingston while showing a view of the Forth Rail Bridge from South Queensferry? Who edited this drivel? Or rather who make a complete erse of the editing?
