Sunset Cruise on the Mekong Delta

In today’s episode, we meet up with some friends ‪@TheDufresnes‬  who are passing through on their way to Vietnam, share a few beers together, and then head out on one of the city’s most popular activities — the $5 Tonle Sap River Sunset Cruise.

Even though the rain clouds hid most of the sunset, the cruise was an amazing experience — relaxing on the deck with a cold beer, floating past the Phnom Penh skyline, the night market, and even into the mighty Mekong Delta. The best part? Your ticket includes a free beer!

After the cruise, we explore the lively riverside at night and end the day with a delicious dinner at David’s Noodles. From handmade dumplings to wok-fried noodles with tomato and egg, plus Cambodia’s famous beef lok lak, the food was absolutely spot on.
