The trees in Midcoast Maine are vivid shades of orange and red ... and are SO beautiful! Join me as I take in the fall foliage, visit my favorite small-town thrift stores, and enjoy the beauty of the New England coast ... just as a nor'easter arrives.

In this video, I thrift some gloves, sweaters, and more for the upcoming chilly season. And then I bring all my thrifted items back home to my little cottage in the woods in the Hudson Valley.

I'm so happy to find that my cottage garden still has many blooms and I can't wait to do some nesting at home with my new thrifted pieces.

I just retuned home from a beautiful week in Maine. The tree’s were stunning so I could understand how it was hard not to stop and surround yourself around them. I had so much fun hitting all the thrift and antique stores while there.

I love cloudy days. The ocean was stunningly beautiful. You capture Maine in a special way and it makes me nearly homesick for somewhere I have never been before.
