In the vast, sun-scorched landscapes of Australia’s Northern Territory, a storyteller invites us into the traditions and tensions of his people, recounting the tale of Minygululu, an aging man with three wives who begins to sense a quiet threat within his own family: his younger brother Dayindi’s growing fascination with the youngest wife. As suspicion, jealousy, and cultural customs intertwine, Minygululu must confront not only the possibility of betrayal, but also the deeper lessons of loyalty, desire, and the fragile balance that holds their world together.
