I'll never understand how Denzel Washington didn't get an Oscar for this incredible performance. He is SO amazing.

This is what you call a movie and this is what is acting. Denzel is incredible.

Denzel should have won an Oscar for this instead of Training Day

That kid Lazarus Martin is an attorney in Canada working on the appeals of the wrongly convicted . He did a speaking tour throughout Canada where i was fortunate to meet & speak with him.
Good man he is.

Dont think we'll get another movie like this ever again. I love the idea of a warrior scholar, makes me think of the Louis Lamour book 'the walking Drum'. The shit people go through while staying strong just makes me feel pathetic having so much handed to me while being so weak.
