Coach Firas is one of my favorite people to listen to when it comes to any topic. Be it Islamic or about fighting or fitness. Beautiful man, with a beautiful heart. Very intelligent guy, can't wait to listen!

Thanks for inviting him back on but is there a particular reason this podcast was only 47mins? It's very short. To have a VIP guest on like Br Firaz an hour and half should be the minimum. Excellent camera quality by the way
