When I was about 12 years old my Dad took me on a Father son trip to general conference. (about 12 hour drive for us). We went early to get a view of the Conference Center before a session. We went as close to the front as we could, and in the seats reserved for family of the general authorities was President Holland. My Dad called out to him and he came over to us. My Dad explained that we had come together for a trip to watch conference he looked down at me reached across the velvet rope between us and like the boy in this talk. He hugged me " until my eye bulged out". He then looked at me and said "Thank you for being here!" I felt Gods love for me through him. I felt President Hollands sincerity and his testimony. as an adult. I have felt those same feeling again as his talks have lifted me, given me peace, and  helped me turn to the Saviour in some of my lowest moments. I am grateful for President Holland!

Man.. I grew up having elder Holland visit our ward. His daughter attended there with his grandkids, and he would come by and visit on important days.
I remember when I was still a kid, he taught a lesson to our class of 8 kids with his granddaughter in it, and when he looked me in my eyes, it felt like he could see my whole soul. He was powerful, and good.

I’m going to miss him, he was an amazing man.

This is the message that I need so badly. Thank you, Elder Holland.

AMEN AND AMEN

I'm so grateful that we have these recordings. Thank you, Heavenly Father

Dear dear President Holland. He always said what my heart needed to hear and always when it seemed I needed it the most. ❤

I don't think I'll ever get the chance to meet Elder Holland, but I know that one sweet day I'll get to when we're both made whole again. I will no doubt weep, but I'll be joyously weeping. Give me strength Lord to keep going and to keep my faith in you everyday. ❤

So much healing power in each word.
Thank you for helping your brothers and sisters, everywhere in the world.

I really needed to hear this today. Thank you.

Be patience, kind, humble and forgiving even as Christ

Thank you, Elder Holland 💙🙏

This really helped me with my fear of the second coming of the Savior!

I hope the brethren know that their personal witnesses are very important and definitely help to enhance our own belief.

I love this talk from Elder Holland! I believe and when I have self doubt. I can reflect upon this message and know that Jesus walks beside me. He’s allowing me to grow and believe in all His words. I can believe that as I follow His teachings, no matter what I’m going to succeed and win the race. I will be able to serve Him and then when the day comes I’ll be able to enter into Gods presence.

Lord I believe help thou unbelief

It's so true and fairly obvious to me now, years later, after I gave in to the temptations and made a mess of my life, that this truly is a spiritual war, we're in, and there have been and are real casualties, and it's a miracle I'm still here, and also miracles are real and faith is real and I hope to always strive to exercise my faith. There's nothing more glorious than the casue of Christ and I have been working on repentance for some years now with various degrees of success and I actually still battle thoughts that it's too late for me but I still try and I'm going to spend the rest of my life trying to be like Jesus

💙💛💙Glory To Jesus Christ And To His Propheth Joseph Smith💙💛💙

Thank you Elder Holland for the beautiful message

Help my unbelieve!!!

Amen I believe in the power of belief

I am grateful for the testimony and witness of our late apostle Jeffrey R. Holland. May he rest in eternal peace with his wife Pat. What great example of Christlike leadership and testimony!
