It could be speaking to people, it could be traveling alone.
2) To be mindful about the trigger and the emotions. Then you can catch that thought. Once you are mindful about it, you can control it.
3) Challenge yourself whether the thought is real?
Is that going to happen in reality?
4) Take small action. If you have the fear of talking to people, try to do it, even if it is just for a short while.
5) Seek help. Dont be afraid to ask for help. There are people that can help.
