One person running this restaurant on their own is wild, the fact that it's a side gig to his full time job is mind-blowing.

Not only is he crushing it, he's was also willing to put his whole process on display for all to see. No ego, no gatekeeping, no secrets. Just doing is the right way every time. This guy is the real deal.

He cares about his product and he cares about his customers. A business like that deserves the success it has.

Only 6 miles down the road from my house and I didn't know the place existed. We went there tonight for The Basic. Five stars!

He cracked the code, a restaurant focused on great quality food, high standard, same item different recipes to keep it fast fresh, and not get too overwhelmed and stressed like 97% of restaurants

Second time this week I've gotten recommended a high quality video made by someone with barely any subscribers. And I like it.

had no clue you only had 800 subscribers, thought this was like a multi-million subscriber channel

8:26 hearing an olderly person say "when I bought this, It brought me back 50 years" is probably one of the best compliments you can get.

Aaron working by himself and he’s not running around sweating his ass off. He’s moving at his own pace and slinging them pies. I like it

He reminds me of the original McDonald's brothers. Doesn't want to expand. Just wants to protect his brand. Much respect.

As a Detroiter I salute this man. Kept it small and simple. Sticking to his core values.

ACE! I went to college with Aaron- how great to stumble across this video! Couldn't happen to a nicer guy. Congratulations!

6:41 12 pizzas at a time and people just understand that if you want quality you just wait. As a line chef this is so refreshing to hear that someone is applying simple sensible procedures and not just accepting tonnes of orders at once to make sure you get butts on seats.

I really like that the pizza is not oversized. It's a good size for a full meal and not over the top like you see in most pizzerias. I'd love to visit and try it. The pepperoni on top looks to die for. Keep doing what you're doing. Love from Slovenia, Europe. ♥

I deeply respect what that man is doing. Instead of making a huge profit and letting his chain become average in quality, he chose to focus on bringing high-quality food to everyone, because every single person is important. That level of integrity and care is rare and truly admirable, and you can tell he was raised right by good parents.

Worked as a pizzaiolo a few years ago and used to slap out ~200 pies on a good night all by myself. Used to handle the till, making and bakin the pies from 2 - 10 pm. Loved every bit of it.. and a pint after the end of the shift would be heaven 😂
