All the filming locations from this Paul Hogan comedy with A LITTLE CHANGE IN FORMAT. This is one of my favorite movies from the 80s and decided to do a running commentary. Please comment below if you'd like to see more commentaries with these location videos. Thanks!

The walking on shoulders scene is a nod to Aussie sheepdogs, usually Kelpies, that like to walk on top of the sheep when they are in a mob.

Went to the Girrawheen Lagoon last year , the dolly tracks for the toy crock are still there under 40 years of leaf debris.

I watch a huge number of movie location and now/then photo channels. Yours stands head and shoulders above the rest. Gold standard work sir. If I could sub 100 times I would! Well done.

Nobody does Movie locations as well as you. There is daylight between you as number one and the next video maker. Thank you from Oz.

Thalia was also a small movie house on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, which was briefly featured in Woody Allen’s "Annie Hall".

Brilliant video. Production is great, pace is consistent and the voice over is informative. Thank you.

There’s nothing wrong with an abrupt freeze frame ending. 80’s rocked.

Paul Hogan worked as a rigger on the Sydney Harbor bridge in the 1970's before becoming an actor. He supposedly used his experience in talking people down from jumping in filming the scene in the movie where he does the same on a ledge.

They actually filmed this in movie sequence from AUS to NYC. Also, they fell for each other in real life and Mick got in big shit back home for leaving wife and kids!
