I grew up watching "Oliver At Large". That show was one of the most well-known comedy series on Jamaican TV. The lead actor, Oliver Samuels, a comedian,is a veteran actor who performed on stage, on tv and in the movies. Most Americans will probably recognize him for his appearance alongside Denzel Washington, Robert Thompson and Sheryl Lee Ralph in the movie "The Mighty Quinn" (1989).

I live in Grenada, another Caribbean island and I grew up watching Oliver at Large. My parents even had Sarge in Charge in VHS.

I remember these shows, I think it's from the '80's or early 90s

Blessing oliver is funny
😂😂😂 I remember watching him as a kid.

This was a staple in Jamaican home .

Damn. It's been a long time since I've seen or even thought of the great Sunny T. It's nice seeing the legends back on TV. I need to rewatch some of these plays and skits.

I used to love watching Oliver me large😂

😂😂😂 Oliver is the King of Jamaican Comedy... It was before my time, Lime Tree Lane was also popular back then but there are others I grew up watching Ity and Fancy Cat Show. Yall should watch some Jamaican classic movies that went international: The Harder They Come, Shottas, Dancehall Queen, Lunatic
