Another Shore Jigging Mix, with a bit of everything — some fishing in Istria, a session near Zadar, and most of the action on Dugi Otok.

This time, the highlight happened while I was on the coast with my family.

I managed to land a beautiful 10 kg amberjack. The very next day, I hooked another one of roughly the same size — but this time I was fishing alone.

The fish made it close to the rocks, but my landing gaff was just a little too short. I couldn't reach it in time, and the fish was gone.

I'm not even mad about it. 😄

Still, I learned my lesson. I bought a longer gaff immediately after the trip.

Two 10 kg amberjacks.
One landed. One lost.
