It would seem from many angles that there is gross business incompetence over 30 years, (3 decades) of not really showing a profit.  For all of those 3 decades the WNBA has been bailed out by the NBA.  Caring about a team or the WNBA is not enough, there must be executive staffing at all levels that is competent, responsible and accountable.  Today, that does not seem to be a reality.

Let's go Angel Reese❤❤💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿👏🏿

They can play in the park that chip coming over this way

Let's go Atlanta Dream 👍🏿💪🏿👍🏿💪🏿👏🏿👏🏿❤️

ATL isn’t officially affiliated with the hawks. So that’s why this is an issue. As an independent franchise they have to make deals where to play.

I hate to break it to you but that is not their home arena. They are playing in their home arena. So in turn a professional team is playing in their home arena. They also played in State Farm during the semis and couldn’t draw over 10k. That may be a factor.

Nice video!

It's pure racism underneath decisions making if you ask me. . . . .

The schedule for playoffs came out 9/9. The Dream can play at their home arena it’s just small. Dream should have been having backup plans a month ago. The hawks don’t have to change the Dream have had to blackout the top because they can’t fill it up. They just need a 9,000 arena not 17k.

I agree 100 but gateaway is her home arena...

Kaila is in the Finals!!!!

NOBODY CARES...GO DREAM❤❤❤

Hawks avg 17,000 people per game, Dream avg 6,000. There is no way they are moving a Hawks game.

Why is it a problem??  The fans can watch from outside venues (ala Centennial Olympic Park).

The Dream (and their home) is in transition. These things have happened in the past with pro teams during the playoffs.  I hope they can play at State Farm but we have good options in the area.  That said, if Doja Cat can move her date can't Sombr move his?

They could not even sell out State Farm for the semifinals against the Liberty, so they should be happy to have an excuse not to sell more tickets.
Very few care about the WNBA unless Clark is playing, then State Farm is sold out.

rooting for atl, cause valks knocked out the wings

I can understand what you’re speaking about, but it really doesn’t make sense. Women basketball has increased following since Caitlyn Clark and Angel Reese entered WNBA. I’m sure since women’s basketball has more revenue this issue will be taken care of. Arenas will be built or reserved because women basketball is increasing in popularity.

Why are you lying about them not being able to play in their home arena?
