I think everyone relates to this scene so much because we've all been there before where you didn't feel good enough. And wondering why didn't he pick me instead of her. And it's a well acted scene SJP made me feel her hurt.
“She’s shiny hair, style section, Vera Wang and I’m the sex column they run next to ads for penile implants.” Sigh, I really felt for Carrie here. So specific yet so relatable… I know I’ve felt like this before.
I just don't get why everyone keeps on bashing Carrie. She's a character, an individual with a certain personality, not a caricature of how an ideal woman should react in love. I love how real she is, people are fucked up in real life guys!
Not a Carrie fan, but I like this scene. It should have been the end of the saga that was Big and Carrie. It's ok to cry it out, be mad, and get it out of your system. its ok to be disappointed in somebody.
I can honestly relate to Carrie in this scene. To see someone that you loved or had feelings for choose someone else over you it hurts and it's heartbreaking and it's a moment that I have lived through over and over and over again. And in those moments you start to feel like you're not good enough anymore.
I love Charlotte she's kind of like a mother to her friends and she like one of those friends that want you to rip the Band-Aid right off you it's going to hurt but even get over it.
I was with a guy for 7 yrs. We didnt move in together and he never proposed. Its like that whole when harry met sally thing...he said he didnt want to get married but what he meant was he didnt want to marry me. Shiz happens
