Lincecum was the best pitcher between 2008 - 2011. He unprecedently won 2 Cy Young Awards for the SF Giants. Only one other SF Giants pitcher won the award once. I have been watching and disappointed by the Giants for 40 years before Timmy came along and helped us won the 1st WS in 2010. I miss the Freak and thought he would become a Hall Of Famer. Sincerely hope that Timmy can make a comeback.

Tim Lincecum was the “The Freak” in those Playoffs. He was outstanding 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽Proud to be an SF Giants fan. Fan forever!!

Lived in SF during this WS.. Im a Dodger fan but holy hell was the city alive after this. People running into the streets banging pots and pans, I was on my way to safeway listening to the final pitch on AM radio and when I got into the grocery store it was like a party in there. Everyone hugging and talking to each other. Was pretty cool.

I knew the Rangers would lose this series, this one didn't hurt. But man...game 6 against the Cardinals a year later still haunts me to this day.
