Now this is the content we want

The Grizzly does not have time for arbitrary concepts such as range of motion, nor does he have time for the elitist dogma common in the various strength sports, because he just fucking lives it.

“Doesn’t have the mobility”. The dude has the flexibility of an amateur gymnast

The raw power of Grizzly’s screams straight up silenced him. This is amazing

His mobility is actually insane. You must've not seen his videos where he is stretching

The IWF would have to create a FULL category

Kyriakos suffered many injuries through the years and basically can't do basic proper exercises or use most of his body the way you would expect. He does these random variations to keep the spare muscles he has strong. Also if you are watching his videos without reading the comments you are doing it wrong.

I genuinely love watching grizzly and I’m glad he doesn’t get any hate . He’s just a strong af guy chilling doing his weird ass lifts and it’s genuinely impressive the weights he puts up

"at this point I'm kind of wondering what type of athlete is he"
he's living it

He is my favorite lifter of all time

God Bless M'Bloat

Kyriakos grizzly WAS  a weightlifter when he was young but he retired due to injuries. His PRs were 180/220.

"gosh that man is so sweaty. He has so much surface area!"

So , probably most people here dont know this but , Grizzly  (hes 47 years old!!!) started as an olympic weightlifter at very young age he looked like a grown man when he was 12!!, his snatch was 180, clean and jerk 220, after that he continued as a powerlifter his squat was 330, deadlift 330 , bench 270(not sure), as the time went by he got  injured : lower back, knees and torn  his triceps. So he has converted to these ''weird'' lifts , put some respect to M'Bloat as he is a legend.

yep you've got the same reactions as all of us "that's ridiculous look at that range of mo- oh...well, wait is that 470? wtf"

Watching a serious weightlifting analyst/coach watch Kyriakos Grizzly is maybe the funniest thing I’ve ever seen

Seb covering the bloatlord, what a GODLY crossover, amazing

3:55 The moment seb realised he has been officially mogged.

Nobody searches for Grizzly's videos , his videos finds you

I have trained for a few months on his gym. It's an old public weightlifting gym and he started out as a weightlifter.

Lasha? Haven't heard of her
500kg total MOGGED
