Wow thank you all so much for the support! You all are incredible, honestly every comment makes my day! Have a great day fam 🤙🏻

This is a childhood classic for me.

The whole franchise is solid and amazing

Agree, this game is so underrated!

The multiplayer for Resistance: Fall of Man is unparalleled. It was my first online experience, having saved up all of my pocket money to buy a PS3 as a kid. The time to kill in ranked games was perfect and worked well to mitigate against lucky kills (besides when someone got hold of a LAARK etc.)

I loved the fact you were rewarded for your skills online, in gun fights, especially in a 1v1 situation with the Carbine. I also loved the L23 Fareye (if you practiced enough, you’d be able to quickly zoom in and out of range at close quarters and get a quick kill with a headshot)...

I could go on about this game forever; nothing will ever compare, for me.

I played this game online, up until the day the PS4 was released. The custom lobbies and huge maps were so fun and provided great respite from intense ranked games.

I recently started playing this game again through the RPCS3 emulator on PC, allowing me to play it in 4K at 60FPS with enhanced graphics! It looked better than ever! RPCS3 developers are working on emulating the PSN online experience for some games. I hope one of them is R:FOM, as they’ve already managed to do that for Warhawk.

I miss this series so much

For me it was the constant feeling that all was lost. The whole game felt like a forlorn conclusion.

I'd like to share a quick story. I think the year was 2007 and I went to toys r us in order to buy a Xbox 360 so I could play with my cousin online but when I got to the store I seen resistance 1 demo and tried it out. I am so glad I did. Well that day I went home with a ps3 instead of a 360. Best choice I ever made.

They really need to do a remaster of this game.

To this day I still play it. Even though I have all of the skill points, rewards, and multiplayer unlockables. When the online was shut down for the entire franchise it didn't stop me, or the pockets of fans.

I still play it to this day

This pretty much sums up my impressions with this game as a kid back in 2006 to a T. I'm replaying it now as a matter of fact, though it's a bit rough around the edges in some areas. Probably just due to being a launch title and a complete first for Insomniac. Still, it doesn't affect my perception of it overall.

It is a classic. The Clan battles and comradarie with cool people around the world. Awesome. I miss that game. Best ever.

The series needs a remake they could of done so much more with the series than they did

RESISTANCE 4 PLEASE

My favourite aspects of Fall of Man was the Chimera, the alternate history backstory, the setting and atmosphere. I do agree the soundtrack wasn't the best, I wish it was a bit more horror and eerie like in the earlier trailers for the game.

Early PS3 days were the greatest.Resistence and warhawk wooO best generation

I miss this game

Man thanks for this video. This game is major nostalgy for me.
