First time seeing what Met Stadium looked like actually besides when the Vikings played. Wasn’t born around that time. Cool find!

I kinda forgot , how deficient the camera coverage used to be in local broadcasts, Nice find, I did not notice it at first, but I'd drop the results in the screen and let us discover the match as it was live.

Thanks for finding these classic games!
My first baseball game I attended was in 1979 (July 1st?) at Metropolitan Stadium when I was four years old. It was promotional free t-shirt day against the White Sox, and Steve Trout pitched against the Twins and got ejected. Wishing I could find footage from that one, since my recently deceased dad took me to that game.
