My son said what was so special about your old music. I played him this song and he never asked again. We had it good!:face-blue-smiling:

Sometimes there is a reactor where the facial expressions and body language tell the story. No comments necessary. You are her.

You can see why this is one of the world's most famous songs. Another Queen song you'll never forget, Somebody To Love/Montreal, Canada 1981.

This is a top tier track. Not only one of the best Queen songs ever, but among the all time greatest. In fact, it feels like three songs in one encompassing melodic, operatic, and metallic elements.

Freddie Mercury, the lead, wrote this song and he is by all accounts in music the performer all others are measured by. No one will argue that.

Yeah, nothing like that exists now. Thank God I was there.

Here in the UK this is our second anthem.. The amazing mind of Freddie Mercury.. The band called this song "Freddies thing" saying he had a vision, we just helped him achieve it.. In 75 radios wouldn't play songs this long, but our BBC Capital radio had a secret weapon in Kenny Everett, he played it about 16 to 18 times over a weekend, the rest is history... 50 yrs later this song has hit #1 three times and keeps going....the most viewed, streamed classic.. Freddie was just voted the best vocalist of all time in the 100 countdown. This rabbit hole of Queen is an amazing ride, over 300 amazing songs.... ❤ I saw them a few times live and Whoa... Best live band ever 😊

The first time I heard this song was on a cassette tape, a long time ago. I wish sometimes I could hear this again for the first time.

This song was released 31 October 1975, and overwhelmed everyone who heard it. It still does.

I love that you allow the song to flow through before making comments. Love your wide-eyed reactions. Don't let anyone change you!

Queen fans will follow you anywhere. The audience at a Green Day concert sings this song while waiting for the band to come on stage. It is worth a watch. I appreciate that you didn't pause for very long and let your facial expressions tell how you felt while listening.
