ANYONE, who was adopted, or suspects that they were stolen as a baby, should absolutely be entitled to a free DNA test from the Spanish government!

I am not surprised in the slightest that the church was involved

I hope they get to show this programme in Spain . I can’t imagine how this will have impacted them all so sad

That woman's 70 ! She doesn't  look at day over 50 .

Its been going on for much longer than people realise

The cruelty human beings can willfully inflict on other human beings knows no bounds. It continues to shock me, and sadly, religious institutions are at the heart of this cruelty. I hope these people find the peace they deserve and those responsible rot for eternity.

There’s something equally shady about an otherwise healthy young woman dying in a psychiatric hospital in the 1950’s too 😭💔

Having had the shock of finding out via a DNA test that my father wasn’t by birth dad, I can say that it should be law that all babies have a DNA test at birth and the parents on their certificate should match. It was an utter relief to me because I never fitted in with my family - it was hell being bought up like this.

My God - stealing babies - what happened to these people that made them so viciously cruel ??. I pray that EVERYONE looking finds their family and that the scum who caused all this unimagineable heartache spend their remaining years in jail !

My mother had an experience in uk. She was told at 6 months her baby had died due to dent in umbilical cord. She was made to carry to term. So there was no upset my mother would be sedated when she went into labour. My mother was in no fit state and father was deployed in Germany in army. Documents were destroyed when live for dead babies came to light there was no proof that my brother lived or died. I don't think I will ever know.
If he is alive I hope he has had a very good life.

This is one of the reasons I didn’t go to hospital to give birth, this has happened so many times all over the world it’s terrifying, the number of medical professionals who have been complicit throughout history is staggering 💔

That was a special touch to bring families together with the same or similar situation especially when there is a lack of answers. Beautiful yet painfully sad😢

The cruelty and evil in this world. I pray they find their babies and have at least some closure. I cannot imagine the pain of having your babies stolen by those you entrusted with bringing them into the world.

Damn it. I was so hoping the programme was going to finish do this. I really really hope they find their children. Bless the 93 year old lady she is running out time

It just shows you what some people will do for money.
I wonder what stories were concocted to the families who received the stolen children.  There still must be some way of tracing back.
I feel so sad for those women who had their babies stolen.
I sincerely hope they can find some peace ❤

There is so much evil and corruption in this world!! They are still doing it but in different ways!

and I thought my friend, circa 2003, a Spanish Doctor,  had a horrific story (she was tied to a bed to give birth, despite her saying she did not want to be tied and that she was a Doctor).  It was also forbidden to breast-feed in public, no matter how descrete you were.  But this programme highlights some wicked birth crimes in my opinion.  Absolutely wicked.  My heart goes out to them all.  What on earth is wrong with Spain and babies and births?  All my own opinion.

The lady who had twins, she was told a boy and a girl maybe to throw people off the scent / track but they might have been 2 girls or 2 boys, so, just a thought.. Seeing as they lied about every single thing. And sorry to say, the children might be in any country now so I think Interpol is one route.

I have no words to describe this henious crime.

What has happened here is pure wickedness!
