The backlash over Sir Tom Jones being dropped as a full-time coach on The Voice UK is getting bigger — and now 'Will I Am' has publicly backed a petition demanding his return.
More than 11,500 people have reportedly signed the campaign calling for ITV to reinstate the 86-year-old legend, while reports claim 'Will I Am' is furious about how his longtime fellow coach has been treated.
Sir Tom has already made clear that leaving wasn't his decision. After thirteen years on The Voice, has ITV badly underestimated just how much he means to the programme and its viewers?
With the backlash refusing to disappear, we ask whether ITV should admit it got this one wrong and simply put Sir Tom Jones back in that famous red chair.
