The Geibi Line east of Bingo-Ochiai uses rolling stock based in Tsuyama, so it shares operations with the Kishin Line.
Basically, the lines are separated at Niimi, and there are no trains that cross Niimi to travel between the Geibi Line and the Kishin Line.
However, due to rolling stock scheduling, there is one local train that runs in each direction on weekday mornings, effectively a through service from the Geibi Line to the Kishin Line.
It's difficult to ride because it's only on weekdays, but it's the only service that crosses Niimi!
