But like... This scene would have explained that in her head it's a burlesque club. This would have been the PERFECT explainer.

That sucks. You spend hours learning a dance routine and song ,but it doesn't even make it into the movie.

If you are one of the viewers who wished to see baby Doll's dance, understand that it is like the contents of the briefcase in Pulp Fiction. It is whatever the most captivating dance your mind can imagine.

Óscar Issac and Carla Gugino would make the perfect Gomez and Morticia.

so all the money, time, costumes, lights people, videographers, choreographers, studio rentals, vehicle trailers, coaches...

The fact that we still dont see Babydoll dance is crazy. I wanted to see what all the commotion was about her dancing amazing.

Sucker Punch is one of those movies that you either "get it" or you don't get it.

Seeing this scene, I'm really surprised they cut it. It gives a good illustration the actual happenings of the club and what Babydoll had to do before her plots. It would have given it a nice flow if this was the only non-backstage scene they showed since most of the rest of the movie took place outside of the clubs open hours. It gives us an illustration on what the girls had been put through with having to put themselves out there and make to look risque and why they wanted to escape.

Imagine the amount of effort and money that went into this scene for it to be cut at the end.

The deleted scenes for this are just epic - I don't care how long the film would have been, they should have kept these

looking back, that was the video that got me started with the massive crush i have on oscar isaac till this day

This scene is actually shown in the Extended Cut of the movie. Let me tell you, with Zach Snyder, ALWAYS watch his full cuts. They’re so much better and more enlightening with details that way.

Who ever directed this movie should make a bioshock movie I can easily imagine this being rapture before it all went to shit

It's like a deleted scene from "Moulin Rouge"...

4:11 - Such a sad foreshadowing there.  😢

Carla Cugino just screams Jessica Rabbit here. This scene was included on the Rated R Blu-Ray Director's cut though.

Tbh,I was really disappointed when they didn't show what Babydoll was actually doing, like what did her dancing look like awhile they are fighting random crap.

Blondie’s Dance: 1:22, 3:56
Sweet Pea’s Dance: 2:14, 3:28, 4:11
Rocket’s Dance: 2:39, 4:02
Amber’s Dance: 2:59, 3:42, 3:22, 4:09

Don’t mind me, these are just some time staps for myself.

I love how people trash this film for showing somewhat scantily clad women and somewhat sexualising them, while those same people would sing the praises of shows like Game of Thrones and other shows that actually show nude women and explicit sex, making them actual porn and making this movie extremely mild compared to that shit which actually sells itself using real sex and nudity.
The double standards and hypocrisy of the general public are astounding.

Most underrated movie I ever watched and earn a rightful spot on my favorite list.
