This isn't a video about proving one camp right and another wrong. It's about understanding the trade-offs every arrow setup makes and helping you build the right arrow for *your* hunting situations.

Dude, I think one of the most underplayed notions in all of your videos is how intellectual you are. In everything you have done, you have challenged, very articulately, the problems within the systems, in a way that manufacturers, product designers, and even government agencies conduct their work. When I first saw this video I thought, "this guy is beyond what he has developed himself on", yet the product continued the search for answers within the archery world and will change the landscape of archery in the future. You are literally changing hunting for the future, in a good way, and I hope you are handsomely rewarded.

Beyond that, I love that you only provide findings and thoughts without invoking demands or truths. I watched the whole video thinking you would eventually say what was right and what was wrong. You did neither. You gave findings--and that invokes thought.

I have been an avid bowhunter and archer for nearly 60 years. It has been a lifestyle rather than a hobby. I have watched VERY few you tube videos as I quickly became disallusioned by the authors and the BS. Often the information was not only incorrect but presented by a "host" who had been shooting a bow for a short period of time. I expected your video to be more of the same. Your presentation was like a breath of fresh air. Although you are "youthful" you have been driven by the desire to truly discover what is real. It is refreshing to watch a video that can be truly useful especially to a new bowhunter. The usual "infomercial" is just the opposite. I congratulate you ! In addition you have my thanks. Now I'll go back to watching the remainder of your excellent production.

I'm 63 years old, been involved in engineering since 1985. I've been an archery fan and bow hunter since I was 10, hunting at 12. I'm very impressed in your arrow to FOC to weight evaluation. I shoot a high end bow, at 66 lbs with 446 grain arrows. I can shoot very good long range groups. And have a "solid" wall of MI deer racks. I also have made archery products since 2001. Well done.. Great video.

Key takeaway: the physics of arrow flight, like so many things in life, are far more complex than most people recognize, particularly those who love their simplified metrics.

Thanks for doing a great job of making this approachable, at least for those willing to put a little effort into watching it. Fascinating stuff, especially from someone with a degree heavy in "arrowdynamics". 😂

Just finished the video i’ve been bow hunting my entire life and became at bow tech 7 years ago and I learned something new watching this video. Very well spoken and intellectual. Please do a video on deer seeing the uv spectrum I’ve seen some things about it but would definitely wanna see your view on this also another recommendation is intentionally adding human scent to a area and seeing how long it take for deer to go back to there normal routine

I agree. My son's crossbow we can shoot targets out to 80 yards. But we won't shoot deer out to that distance. We shoot long range to boost our confidence that when we're 40 yards or under that it's a chip shot. Most my shots on deer now are under 25 yards. Proper stand placement with gear that's been properly tuned is a deadly combination.

Full disclosure: I had no idea who Pablo Sanchez was before this video. 2 years ago I heard RF doing what he does and got the idea that I could apply the principles of the Ashby studies to an arrow build with the objective of obtaining perfect arrow flight, high FOC, “enough” mass while retaining “low” time to target and acceptable pin gaps. Last season I launched 500gr setups thru 8 deer. I think I created my Pablo. Really appreciate your content, sir.

So this video has been in my home screen for 2 days.... I avoided it because of the title. I get so sick of the constant debates by all the channels you listed in the beginning that I avoided it. After watching I have to say, I get made fun of for nerding out in everything I do, and this kind of content is stuff I'll watch on repeat until I absorb all the formulas. This is well done, fantastic content. Truly. I am now subscribed and forwarded this to at least 10 people. Neutral, informative and well demonstrated. Keep it up.
