"2 cows is a very good price!" 🤣😂

Poles understand the issue of Nikola Tesla, we have the same with Copernicus (Polish, not German) or Maria Skłodowska-Curie, who in France is considered French and often has her Polish surname omitted. :D

More popular than “balcony grandma” is “bench grandma” in our countries

I always get the feeling like Davo is like the little brother hanging out with his big sister and her friends 😊

At the beginning of the video, when the Spanish guy was referring to the Bulgarian lady about the market of brides in reality, he was referring to Roma markets in the country of Bulgaria. The lady misunderstood and continued explaining the old traditions of  Bulgaria when, in fact, it was all about a different ethnic group of people and traditions.

I mean Tesla's father was a Serbian Orthodox priest so it's self-explanatory.

There is a saying-"if you want to know more about yourself, you just walk by the bunch of grandmas who are sitting on the bench in front of your apartment building". 😁

Julia only mentioned the Christmas version. Borscht can be eaten year-round in Poland, and there are many versions. My mother made it without sourdough starter. She even added shredded beetroot leaves and mashed potatoes with cracklings.

At the end of the video I really wanted to mention the Polish phenomenon from the late 19th century of what we would call now a pescetarian diet, then called „dieta jarska”/„jarstwo” but unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to talk about it. I remember when I first started eating vegetarian my great aunt told me about it and said she was very proud that Im not only eating healthy but also following a Polish tradition she knew from when she was a young girl. ❤

It's adorable that Julia felt offended because she didn't know what word was used to offend her. :D

I love how everybody is so respectful in this group (e.g. how the girls "sorted out" Nikola Tesla's identity), and their personalities shine through each in their own way.

5:10 is a reference to the song that goes like "I took the WOK to Poland"

I think Grandma surveillance system is universal phenomenon i m not european but i can relate to that

The bulgarian lady is gorgeous

I love the naivete of the Spanish guy, keep him on more often

There wasn’t Russian girl. It’s sad but I get it

Roses are red
vodka is clear
you drive me crazy
like Lada switching gears
...
amazing

Julia wock to jest nawiązanie do nagrania LIl Yachty "I took the Wock' to Poland" i powstał z tego krótki internetowy trend który też nie był jakoś specjalnie popularny więc  jeśli go nie znasz to świadczy to o tobie chyba nawet dobrze xd

yes balcony grandmas or bus grandmas who tell me all the ways my child will die from not wearing a hat...

love that the Bosnian girl goes in as german or bosnian, depending on what side of her heritage is needed
