For Japan, you must include Doji, Phoenix, Reiji. They are stronger than Tsubasa and Yu. I think Gingka and Ryuga are tied. Kyoya and Phoenix are close seconds. Doji is the third. Reiji is the fourth.

For the US, i think Christ or Faust are number one. Hard to say which, since we haven't seen them go up against each other. Damian should be number 2 or 3 and Masamune number 3 or 4 and Jigsaw number 4 or 5.

Anybody who disagrees with the fact that Gingka and Kyoya are tied at anypoint post Fusion excluding the final fight between gingka and rago because well plot armor is just wrong, Kyoya post Fusion is just as strong as Gingka and at points in Fury is shown to have been ahead of Gingka like when Kyoya came up with a special move first and Gingka felt pressure to catch up and eventually come up with Cosmic Tornado. Also I really disagree with Chao Xin being 3rd, Aguma and Dashan are undoubtedly 1st and 2nd respectively but Chi-Yun is the number 2 in team Wang Hu Zhong, referenced by the fact that it was Chi-Yun who fought Tsubasa (who was the number 2 for Gan Gan Galaxy) and while yes later in the season rankings of the bladers of the teams facing eachother doesn't necesarily matter it did when Gan Gan Galaxy fought eachother but besides that point it was explicitly stated that Chao Xin beat Mei Mei for the third spot on the team while the loser (Mei Mei) took the sub spot. Another thing for the US rankings I feel like the Faust/Toby ranking is difficult but considering the fact that Faust is a different person just in occupying the same body then I would go Chris, Faust, Damian and Masamune tied because Masamune genuinely has such a horrid win loss record throughout the show.
