I’ve always stood strong, that Ryuga is easily the strongest blader from masters onward. He was a stronger blader than Rago and Gingka. Rago only defeated him Ryuga because his bey was stronger, not cause he was a stronger blader. With Gingka, it was just the main character boost with everyone’s power being given to him. He also wasn’t a stronger blader than Ryuga too post metal fusion.

i feel like faust, helios and damian should be on this list they are definitely still stronger than yu imo
also : honorable mentions to pluto, yuki and nile too

If you are going by arcs it doesn't make sense you will include charecters that dont make any appearance there. Like why did you put Dynamis there in Beyster Island arc, or King in the mount mist arc or Ryuga during the tag team arc. And why is Damain even around? He didn't make a single appearance in Metal Fury.

Gingka was stronger than kyoya during the ryuga arc
Ryuga during his battle with Gingka was actually struggling and forced to use his special move meanwhile Kyoya was just basically just annoying him and shut him down real quick

I think there should be a three way tie for tenth place between Yu Tsubasa and Masamune. With the latter two they did their part during the final battle and deserve  to be their just as much as Yu

i think kenta should've also been on the list in:
1- beyster island; because he had made so much progress and had gingka cornered at one point.
2- the revival arc; because he (a non-legendary blader) accomplished a feat that no other legendary blader besides rago ever could. I'm talking about him not only pushing ryuga back but also cracking his bey.
in the final arc, he should've been at least above chris and king; logic: my points 1+2 + he also inherited ryuga's powers+ his star fragment. but it was a good video to watch though.....

Kenta in sixth place? The same Kenta who briefly rivaled Nemesis? The same Kenta who forced Ryuga to use a special maneuver? The same Kenta who easily defeated Pluto?

That Yu is under all legendary bladers mean if he was one, he could be top 3 because if kenta is 6, Yu>Kenta no doubt.
Yu just need attack special move like Kenta to be stronger
