CNBC, Fox & Schwab Today On NVIDIA Stock, Micron Stock, NVIDIA New All-Time High - NVDA Update

Hosts of CNBC, Fox Business, and Schwab Network discuss NVIDIA, NVIDIA stock (NVDA stock), Micron, Micron stock (MU stock), and NVIDIA reaching new all-time highs. On Tuesday, we had multiple news stories lifting sentiment in semiconductor stocks. Marvell provided some aggressive growth targets at its Investor Day Tuesday morning. AMD CEO Lisa Su said AMD plans to substantially increase chip supply in 2027 to meet growing AI demand. Lisa said that there is "very, very high demand for the next several years." We also had some positive news Monday evening about Anthropic and Broadcom. That all helped lift sentiment Tuesday. Citi's Atif Malik (currently ranked 1 out of 12,512 analysts by TipRanks) reiterated his Buy rating and $315 price target for NVIDIA, citing strong GPU demand from agentic AI. In other news, OpenAI is in talks to raise at least $30B at a $1.4T valuation. NVIDIA published a blogpost highlighting the importance of open models to telecom operators on Tuesday. Micron entered a $600M settlement with Netlist. DigiTimes is reporting that South Korean memory makers are quoting very aggressive long-term HBM4 contract prices (about 3x higher than what was expected). Negotiations are ongoing, but if those prices stick, that would represent a significant increase in price that would be positive for SK Hynix (SKHY stock), Samsung, and Micron (MU stock). We should get Samsung's preliminary earnings guidance this week. Looking ahead, Jensen Huang is scheduled to deliver a GTC keynote at GTC Berlin on October 21, 2026. I continue to be bullish on NVIDIA long-term. NVIDIA has multiple large long-term growth opportunities in front of it. Sovereign AI, enterprise AI, AI-native startups, physical AI, and quantum computing are all large long-term growth opportunities for NVIDIA. Blackwell Ultra has ramped quickly and remains in high demand. Vera Rubin is rolling out to customers. NVIDIA Groq 3 LPX is in full production. We're expecting Rubin Ultra in 2027. And later on, we're expecting NVIDIA's Feynman in 2028. We have a clear datacenter product roadmap extending into 2028, and Jensen Huang believes there will be $3T-$4T of global AI factory buildout annually by the end of the decade.
