2026 UPDATE! 🇪🇸 I’m back in Salou to see how much prices have changed after a year. Is it still affordable or has everything gone up? 💶 Don't miss this year's real price guide right here:

I have to be honest, but Salou prices are probably some of the cheapest anywhere in Spain.
Definitely a good value destination.
We go again next week .

Recently returned from Salou. Restaurants were a lot more expensive than Costa Del Sol, averaging around 17 euro per person, for one meal. Ended up just buying bread and cheese from the supermarket and eating that in the hotel room.

I have just returned from my holiday in Salou, yes it is expensive if you buy anything on the beach front, it’s a lot cheaper away from the main front area ie, an average sized beer on the beach front 3.50 - 4.50€ away from the front 2.50€ Full English breakfast on the front 10.50 - 12€ away from the front 6.50 - 8.00€. Moral of this story is don’t sit down to eat on the front unless you’ve got plenty of money same applies to buying souvenirs and clothes. It’s also a good idea to shop at the Asian owned shops and stalls, they are open to haggling!

I've been to Salou a few times. I love the place. The prices do vary greatly, but the food for the most part is always good quality. Uncle Sam's American diner is just out of this world. It's my go to. T-bone steak with all the trimmings, €25. Easily worth €40. Great vid. Thanks

I'm from Salou. Visit Tarragona, the Hispania's Capital under the ancient Rome empire.

All those sweet shops where the sweets are on top of the barrels are a scam. Sweets are stale, and way overpriced. cost around 11 euro for a very small bag of licorice that was stale. thought they were joking. avoid.
