CHEERS EVERYONE

Being an introvert myself, this place seems like heaven, and that lady seems like my ideal host. Few words are music to my ears

The saddest thing is this was surely once a traditional family farm and farmhouse, and they are all going for holiday places, traditional barns turned into air b and bs, Derbyshire , Norfolk, just changing into holiday playgrounds

I love it when youtube recommends me little gems like this

It looked like a nice place to hang for a couple of days. They probably don't make enough to upgrade facilities, personally i prefer places that are a bit rough round the edges if it's not to busy and there cheap 🤠

The views when the sun was going down where just stunning. Thank you for sharing x

Seriously interesting, and very cool ' n ' hip, choice of music. And what a perfect balance! The worst stone circle and the worst campsite. That said, the views, the sun going down, the stones and crags and the music....this was the most chilled-out, sleepy and beautifully satisfying walk back's featured in your videos.

I love that area, I have walked through the site several times & always wondered what it's like. Up on Froggatt Edge, if you continue north on the path, cross the road, you can pick up a path on the other side & descend to the valley though woods, walk back near the river. Or you can go to the excellent Grouse Inn first then go down to the valley. From the south end where the crags start you can descend an earthy gully & walk in front of the crags to check out the climbing and take another path down to near the Chequers pub which is not quite so walker friendly.

Hi Bongoben .... we are like you... as far from others as possible mate.... keep living the dream 👍

I stayed at the Holistic site near Woodbridge last Thursday night, going back today for 4 nights.  Absolutely loved it. I wold never have come across it if it wasn't for you Dan,so thanks very much!!!

What a beautiful gorgeous sunset. Amazing.

This is the first time I have seen your videos I really did enjoy it the views were amazing thank you. Plus I think you were very fair about the lady and camp site. I have now subscribed looking forward for more videos. Thank you for taking us with you. 😊

I stayed there in the Autumn of last year. The spot where you parked was very waterlogged. The area nearer the central track was better drained but very sloped, so you take your chances wherever. Exceptionally basic but for £20 with ECU, you get what you pay for. It was this site that caused me to get a van with a shower!!!

The UK landscape never ceases to amaze me.  There are so many hidden spots to still see.  I am a Scot so appreciate the landscape and the videography in the vlog.  Cash only. No website and no signage sounds very suspect to me HMRC 😂

6 45 That was luxury!
On a small campsite we stayed at in Whitby early 90's, shower was a pound no sharing, to charge a car battery was a pound, the toilet came with free cobwebs and the 15 watt pigmy light bulb seemed to make the toilet darker when you turned it on😁
Gaz Yorkshire

I loved the walk that you took. The scenery was stunning from the top. I thoroughly enjoyed your video 😊😊

Just found you Ben, watching from Australia. The UK is so damned green, winter here and so many areas in drought.❤❤

Stayed at this site and had a lovely time. Once you get through the lady’s brusque manner she was really nice, we had a great laugh and learned about her past. The local pub was great and it’s close to the Monsal Trail. I’d definitely stay again

Beautiful surroundings and a sunset off the scale. Interesting campsite. . . not one for me but thanks for taking the plunge. Take care Ben.

Stunning scenery as ever, thanks for sharing. Loved the music too😊
