Stephen speaks openly about his father’s struggles with alcohol, gambling and suicidal ideation. He also shares his own experiences of depression, alcohol dependency and recovery including an experience that changed his whole perspective.

The conversation explores how talking to someone can save a life, the value of community and how anger can be transformed into purpose.

Stephen also discusses "The Low Road", his fictional film inspired by real experiences of mental ill health and suicide. Stephen tells us about the incredible impact his film has already made and his mission to make an even bigger difference with future projects.
