Old oak beams and you are cutting them up?  Are you completely insane?  You threw away hundreds of thousands of dollars just by using that chain saw.

Clearly an unlimited budget, machines and equipment plus endless materials. A dream come true.

The finished house looks like a multi-family house on the inside... only darker.
Must have cost a fortune...
I would have considered leaving the soul of the original stone house more evident.

I can honestly say that you have surpassed the limits of creativity by a thousand light-years, if I may put it that way. You transformed an abandoned, unattractive place into a stunning masterpiece of beauty with an exceptionally modern design.

What impressed me even more was the way you blended the past and the present in such a unique and creative manner. The thing that brought me the greatest joy was seeing that you made use of all the original materials—especially the rare old timber—and repurposed them into meaningful elements within the same building.

What truly amazed me, however, is that such an extraordinary achievement must have required a tremendous amount of time and financial investment. Could you please tell me how long the project took to complete and how much money was spent on it?
