My family and I restored our parents' abandoned 50-year-old house from the ground up — foundation, walls, roof, and everything inside.

The only thing I don't like is the method of placing the terrace posts directly onto the concrete without a base plate; water will pool there when it rains and the wind blows towards the posts, and in 4 or 5 years you'll run into trouble as the wood starts to rot. If it were me, I would have either mounted the posts on raised metal supports or created a base raised 10 cm off the floor and charred the bottom of the posts for better moisture protection.
But otherwise, you’ve done a tremendous job—congratulations!
