you make me hype for a game that doesn't even exist

Honestly Snk and Capcom need to get married and support one another. Capcom needs that Snk enthusiasm, and Snk needs that Capcom stability

K' and Alex not being in any of the CvS game was a real missed opportunity. 2 of the coolest 2d sprites in the late 90s.

It would be cool if CvS3 include "ex" characters like when you press select button for example
Iori => Orochi Iori
Ryu => Kage
Tizoc => King Of Dinosaur

Congrats Thorgi.  It turns out SNK is paying attention to this stuff.  They made Team Samurai into a real thing for the latest King of Fighters.

I would include Leona somewhere there. One of the most popular SNK female characters, easily.

Welp... As of today it's been confirmed, SNK and Capcom is in discussions with one another... So it might be a reality at long last!

Wow. Team third strike definitely looks like a KOF type of team

The fact This man straight up Predicted this Team into existence!

The new korean justice team had me rolling. Balrog and Vega begging to join shadaloo again to escape kim kaphwan had me dying. "Please we just wanna do our evil stuff get us out of here hes just too strong."

Me, not a fighting game fan and not knowing most of these characters: "Ah, yes, the obvious picks. Definitely."

21:14 Benimaru won most tournaments, Kyo and K' Dash take the second place (Benimaru won 94,95,96,97 with Kyo and 99 with K', K' won 99,2000,2001,2003)

As a guy who dosent play fighting games. Holy Geez the amount of passion in this video is insane, capcom should honestly just hire you as a history advisor. Well done 👏👏👏

Thought I’d come back to this video to say Thorgi’s idea for a team Samurai Shodown has now become a reality; KOF XV just announced that as part of its DLC, they will add Team Samurai, consisting of Haohmaru, Nakoruru, and Darli Dagger. This man is most definitely a perfect predictionist.

53:08 this team you suggested is now confirmed to be in kof 15 this autumn. This aged well

Something I've come to realize is that, from all the teams, Women Fighters and Taiyo Academy can actually have a secret ending on their own.

In Women Fighters, if you abuse Hibiki's sword attacks over King and Athena, her personality changes to straight up psychopath like in Samurai Shodown or lowkey in The Last Blade 2, and on the final boss, she must face her own team instead in order to get the evil ending.

In Taiyo Academy, if you lose to the midboss, you keep playing anyway with another order of the next opponents, but Hyo will come out sooner, and whether you beat him or not, you will get the bad ending.

You'll be lucky to find someone who loves you as much as Thorgi loves Rival Schools.

There should be a stage where Dante is holding a rock concert in the background

Canonically, I'm not sure Billy wants to ever team up with Iori again. Billy developed extreme hatred to Iori ever since the latter's debut, because he brutally beat him up for not winning the tournament. Look at Team Rival's ending in KOF 95. That one has been a characterization of Billy, and Eiji too in general.

21:13 Turns out that's Beni. Everytime Kyo won, so did Benimaru, and then Beni won 99 and XI without Kyo
Though that just validates Beni as part of this team even more
