Fabulous floor plan. Interestingly the interior design wallpaper is very familiar; straight out of my teenage years in the 1970s.

Furniture looks out of place, nothing matches, most of the artwork is horrible, that lamp sculpture is ridiculous and the wallpaper is hideous.

I do love the natural earthy tones, and textures - they are all cosy and calming!

A suggestion. If the host is going to open a door/fridge/cupboard, can she open the side away from the camera operator so we can see what is inside? Because the fridge looks tiny, for a large family home and we couldn’t see the depth.

Lovely home but I wish you ran out of wallpaper from the first room so many better interior wall finishes these days for high end homes

Lovely home, love the outdoor area and location.
The interior design however is for a particular, quirky taste again, not styled for the majority.
A prize home should really be styled to appeal to the majority.

This is the last straw for me sadly, I used to love looking at the prize homes but the past couple of years the interiors are just revolting & make no sense, the last house I loved was bromeliad, ever since that not good, designer need to look at Mater homes, that’s how you do interior design, these homes are just a mess

Love everything about this house, except the wallpaper. What was you thinking Kate!

Lovely place, but the wallpaper should have been far subtler. The yellow and green check was shockingly awful, as was the large green stripes. The others were attractive, though.

The wallpaper is awful - I saw the house photos before and it looked so much better

I would just be grateful to win ❤

When I win, I’ll be busy removing all the wallpaper and doing some painting and restyling.

Such a beautiful home, I absolutely LOVE the real estate photos, that show a more neutral colour pallette, it is such a stunning home!
Someone is going to be so lucky to win this beautiful house.

The only thing I would love to see is them using temporary peel & stick type wallpaper, if there must be wallpaper at all, in the prize homes, it would just be easier to remove but thats just me, I'm sure others may love the really brightly patterned wallpaper & painted ceilings.

Lovely house ruined by the truly awful interior decorating, especially the hideous wallpaper and paint work. Also over furnished with some very dubious art choices especially the ugly, huge lamp thing in the living area. Please just keep everything neutral and let the lucky winner decorate to their personal taste rather than having to remove such revolting wallpaper and paint.

As a fine arts graduate I love the bold wallpaper choices. They are not too overpowering. Much better than a cold white wall. I dont like the paintings though - too generic. Paintings so personal so leave them out altogether. Less is more. The sculpture in the living room completely unnecessary. The house is not an art gallery. Robin Boyd, the architect warned us about the drawbacks of featurism. Avoid making a feature of everything.

This video unfortunately highlights the stylist and her personal taste. The focus should be on respecting a beautiful home for a beautiful cause and keeping the task respectfully considerate and appealing to the taste of the majority of the generous supporters.
