This has been the best self-fit video I have found on YouTube. I love BikeFitJames, but your ability to break this all down and communicate this information is amazing. The pelvic prompt and back peddle are going to be so helpful.

This has to be the most comprehensive video about saddle position. Great stuff! 👍

Reverse pedaling was such a great suggestion that I could immediately test out when riding my bike outdoors. After a few adjustments with this technique alone, I was able to get a much more comfortable ride. Thanks!

Really interesting and totally revolutionary, but common -sense, approach to saddle height. Waiting for the equivalent one now about setback and bar position!

The cues in this a great. Thanks for the content!

Excellent! ❤

Excellent video. Subscribed.

very useful and detailed explanation! thanks!

This is brilliant, Dougie. So much good stuff in there. 👌

Solide video!

Hands down. Feet down, the best video I've seen on saddle position. Every question answered. New sub

This is fantastic insight into my exact fit issues!  I have always adjusted saddle angle due to soft tissue pressure then other cyclists would say your saddle angle's all wrong...it may be but it's what works for me I would say...but now I have insight into what I can adjust to get it back to level!  For instance I can almost palm the floor "touching my toes" so that flexibility test insight into saddle selection is golden btw!  THANK YOU!

What a great video on seat height, probably the best explanation on the subject  that I have seen anywhere.  Please do a video on seat fore and aft, along with one on setting cleat position correctly .  Thanks

Really great insights into the inter-connectectedness of everything! Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to create these videos. This is a good one!

I was guilty of the low saddle leg extension issue, thanks for solving!

One of the best videos ive seen on seat position.  Be great if you could do similar for fore and aft. 👍

Nice and clear info, especially like the instructions are on feel rather than % measurements etc

Great video thanks

Nice work Dougie. Genuinely useful.
